04.19.18 – 04.22.18

For our final day of vacation, we made our way to the Big Sur coast so have a nice relaxing beach day.

Driving down the coast was pretty unreal. All of the wild life and wildflowers covered acres of land and really brought out the beautiful colors contrasting with the ocean. We originally planned on seeing Pfeiffer State Beach but the parking lot was closed off and we lost our phone data to try and locate the jade beach where you could find jade stone washed up on the shore! Better luck next time!

The beaches reminded me of the those in SoCal so it wasn’t all too different. We had to walk through a trail lined with flowers and vines to get to the Andrew Molera State Park Beach and even had to cross through a 2 foot river which was pretty neat!
